As a by product of our Executive Search and Talent Search Campaign services, we know a vast network of professionals within our specialist sectors. A number of these professionals maintain a passive interest in the job market; whilst not actively looking, they would be interested to hear about good opportunities that matched their skill set and could offer them a potentially better career.
Whilst this service essentially competes with the mainstream recruitment market, the advantage a client has with a Pegasus candidate is that originally they would have been headhunted by us. A significant number of our candidates are not registered with "agencies" and hence are not on the open market. In most cases we will have also met these individuals and have gone through a detailed interview with them.
