At Pegasus we offer three services to Mid to Senior management individuals and Project Leaders. As all these services require us to give you our expert advice, we can only assist candidates within our specialist sectors. As we operate at the very highest level, our network reflects this making us your ideal partner to identify what positions might be available in the market to suit your skills and aspirations. Our three services are;
- Active Search - This service is a pro-active one designed for individuals keen on finding a new position quickly. Whilst done in a confidential manner, this service involves us contacting a number of organisations on your behalf
- Non-Active Search - This service is for the individual who would like to keep a passive eye on the market; you will not be actively seeking new employment, but would be interested to hear about any relevant position that we are working on
- The Project Leadership Programme - This service is aimed specifically as Project Leaders; the type of individuals who thrive on involvement in major projects, but as is typically the case will be too involved in their current project to have the time to keep abreast of activity on upcoming national and indeed international projects
